NEST is a digital signposting platform commissioned by CARM, built to help people quickly find trusted local support services.
Using location-based search, NEST connects people with services such as benefits advice, housing, food support, healthcare, legal help, and community organisations. By bringing verified information together in one place, it makes getting help simpler, faster, and more accessible for individuals, families, and support workers.
CARM built NEST to turn insight into action, cutting through noise so people can find help faster. It's not just for individuals and families. Practitioners and case workers can use it too, to navigate options and connect people to the right support with less friction.
